Description

• You’ll work with the rest of the UX team to optimize current user experiences and design and test new features. • The role encompasses designing user experiences from user flows and wireframes through final UI design, including collaborating with the product team on writing requirements for development and working directly with customers on prototypes and usability testing. • Our ideal candidate is collaborative, smart, and ambitious. You have great communication skills and enjoy talking to customers, engineers, product managers, and customer success managers. You have empathy for our end users and love the challenge of coming up with multiple solutions to a problem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI and UX design, ideally for enterprise-level software products • Strong communicator, self-starter/self-motivated, and eager to learn/grow • Portfolio of examples of sketches, workflows, interactions, end state work, and live examples • B2B SaaS is what you do best and where you want to be • Positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a team • High attention to detail • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and associated tools such as Jira • Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident
