📋 Description

•Conduct thorough reviews and inquiries on identified and suspicious customer bank accounts within the specified systems •Analyze and review potentially fraudulent activity, to ensure minimal loss to the organization and Acorns customers •Respond promptly and exercise exceptional communication skills to optimize each contact with customers, partners, and external vendors/banks •Enter and maintain accurate case detail notes for all alerts received and report the type of fraud on each occurrence •Assist other internal Acorns teams with questions related to locked accounts and suspicious activity •Complete account closure reviews •Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within your scope and develop creative solutions •Ensures compliance with company standards and processes to increase production and accommodate work volumes toward enhanced customer satisfaction •Ability to be flexible with working hours

🎯 Requirements

•BA/BS degree required •1-3 years of banking/operations experience •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications •Excellent written and oral communication skills •Ability to problem solve and provide solutions •Self-starter with the ability to work independently, but unafraid to ask questions •A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail •Driven to learn fast, be creative, and win as a team •Experience working in an Agile environment or prior start-up experience is strongly preferred •Experience working in a fintech environment preferred •Hunger to deliver game-changing products •Exceptional drive and precision in delivery •A belief that your work is tied to your life's mission •Optimistic about the potential of societal change
