• Support the growth of the membership community • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations • Research, update and maintain data via CRM database • Generate and analyze reports on community metrics • Provide technical support for virtual and in-person events • Regularly update member portal with timely material • Work closely with colleagues across departments • Maintain fluency in Ragan’s suite of products
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, business administration or related field • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a corporate setting • Experience using CRM software and productivity tools • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer advocacy with motivation to help others solve problems
