📋 Description
• About Us: Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets by automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners. • About the Role: TechOps Engineers at Fieldguide are pivotal in bridging Engineering, Customer Support, and IT to drive automation and operational excellence. • What You’ll Do: Write code and tools to streamline operations, act as a primary responder to technical incidents, support internal IT processes, monitor system performance, ensure systems adhere to security best practices, collaborate with teams, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years in a TechOps, IT, Engineering, or DevOps role. • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript plus basic software engineering knowledge. • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database technologies. • Experience working with APIs. • Experience with automation tools like Cypress or similar. • Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience working with AI and LLMs. • Familiarity with macOS and IT management. • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Sentry. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
