Description

β€’ Lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions including configuring and workflow design and implementation β€’ Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other members of the project team β€’ Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and improve their processes β€’ Serve as a liaison between client and technical implementation team β€’ Lead presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders β€’ Ensure process-related deliverables to clients are complete, consistent, high quality, and timely β€’ Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of process best practices and standards β€’ Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of two + years of recent technical experience as a ServiceNow ITOM technical consultant β€’ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting Windows/Linux server and network issues β€’ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Discovery- Required β€’ ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals- Required β€’ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Event Management- Desired β€’ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist- Service Mapping- Desired β€’ ServiceNow Certificate Inventory and Management- Desired β€’ Strong understanding of ServiceNow functions, processes, and best practices β€’ Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology, including creation of user stories β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, client centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity β€’ Proven team player and team builder β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Must be a US Citizen and located in the US
