Description

• The Development Operations Associate works within a dynamic, successful fundraising team to advance the organization's mission. • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support projects and initiatives. • Streamlines and improves team's reports, systems, and tools. • Requires high accuracy, strong analytical skills, and teamwork. • Provides administrative coverage for team member outages.

Requirements

• Three to five years’ experience in similar data analyst positions, preferably at a non-profit or in the field of fundraising/development, customer relations, marketing or communications. • College degree or commensurate professional experience. • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, mail merge functions; familiarity with virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams preferred. • Experience with donor CRM databases required (experience with Revolution Online a plus). • Experience with SQL required. • Exceptional analytical skills, discretion and judgement. • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management and accuracy in completing complex tasks. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to retain a high level of confidentiality. • Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
