Description

• Triage, analyze, and resolve service issues • Provide support for new and emerging services • Maintain quality and integrity of internal workflows • Troubleshoot issues during QA checks • Coordinate ad launches and track schedules • Act as the voice of the client • Report on campaign deliveries • Pull reports for upcoming launches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 2+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of experience and education • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills • Proficiency with applications including MS Office and Salesforce • Preferred experience in ad serving and order management software • Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic environment • Passion for learning and adaptability
