Description

• At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future • You will lead a team which ensures smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients • Monitor the team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets to achieve profitability, productivity, and growth targets • Reports to management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity • Assists in developing long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability • Understands trade-ally, customer, and client requirements • Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and initiatives as needed • Travel throughout a defined territory as needed to act as local program and company representative to customers and contractors • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• BPI certification • 2-6 years relevant industry technical certification/training required • 0-3 years people management • Experience working in an office setting either in-person or remotely • High School diploma or equivalent • Preferred qualifications… HVAC/R and/or residential construction experience • Experience using Salesforce • Experience using Microsoft Office
