📋 Description
• Acquia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Node.js team focused on creating capabilities that leverage Acquia’s cloud platform and core services for our NodeJS product. • Acquia Node.js product enables our customers to host their JS application in Acquia cloud and it is built on top of AWS leveraging technologies like Kubernetes, K8S Operators, Argo Workflows, Golang and PHP. • We thrive on innovation, collaboration, and an agile mindset and processes. • An ability to quickly prototype, learn, and iterate on concepts is critical for this role. • The Node.js team is part of Foundation Services group and builds product offerings on top of Foundation Infrastructure services.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years (senior) of experience in different programming languages - Golang/ PHP • 1+ year(s) of experience with Kubernetes application development and microservices architectures • 1+ years of experience with any cloud and container-based systems engineering like AWS/GCP/Azure • Deep understanding of Kubernetes operator and controller patterns • Software development experience including designing, building, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining highly scalable and fault tolerant data pipelines and microservices • Experience with unit test cases • Solid Linux OS system management specially Ubuntu and Amazon Linux. • Experience with database technology like- MySQL, Redis
