Description
• The Bond Account Associate is responsible for working collaboratively with the Bond Account Manager and/or Client Advisors on new and existing bonding accounts and assisting in their delivery of commitments to these clients. • The role will help execute, track, bill, renew, document, and process bonding needs for clients. • Specific service responsibilities are assigned per guidelines, procedures, quality and service standards as stated by the agency.
Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience working in the Insurance industry • Must hold an active P&C license, or be able to obtain • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and customer service skills are required • Candidates must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and work well both independently and as part of a team • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
