📋 Description

• ActioNet is seeking a highly skilled professional with experience as Computer Systems Analyst III (CSA III) to join our team. • The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in design, development, testing, and evaluation to support critical Navy logistics programs. • The role will be mostly remote with some travel on-site in New Orleans, LA. • Design, develop, and evaluate computerized systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Manage and troubleshoot network protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems. • Provide expert support and guidance on the Support Equipment Management System (SEMS) program or similar Navy logistics applications. • Apply in-depth knowledge across three (3) of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. • Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports to support operational decision-making. • Lead and participate in testing and evaluation efforts to validate system functionality and performance. • Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on system use and best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system and operational requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. • Five (5) years of experience in computerized systems, including: Design, Development, Test and Evaluation. • Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals. • UNIX and Windows-based operating systems. • Five (5) years of hands-on experience with the SEMS program or a similar Navy logistics application. • Recognized expertise with demonstrated leadership in Navy Logistics Programs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and training capabilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. • Experience in federal, state, or local public service roles is highly desirable.
