📋 Description
• The ERM Analyst is responsible for providing established guidance on electronic records management best practices to lawyers and business professionals to ensure the effective management of electronic files in support of firm policies and information governance strategy. • Responsibilities include interfacing with practice groups, providing guidance regarding electronic file management, assisting with on-demand training, tracking and reporting metrics, and collaborating on risks associated with electronic records management.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, Exchange/Outlook and other firm applications • 3 years of legal industry or records management experience • High school diploma or equivalent • End user support/training experience • A familiarity with email filing tools, document management systems, and shared drives
