📋 Description

• ActioNet has an opportunity for a EOC Engineer- Senior. • Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the daily configuration and operation of mainframe, mini, or client/server-based systems. • Plan and monitor system optimization and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning. • Plan and monitor user assistance in accessing and utilizing business systems. • Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements and identify problems, developing plans for moderately complex to complex systems. • Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships, and identify the resources needed for each task. • Demonstrate recognized expertise in the professional community, qualifying as an expert for specific tasks. • Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree • Experience: 5 years • Supervise and manage the daily activities of system configuration and operation for systems like mainframe, mini, or client/server-based. • Plan and monitor system optimization, resource utilization, and capacity analysis. • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems
