β€’ JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. β€’ The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the company’s financial health. β€’ You will work closely with the accounting team and other stakeholders to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. β€’ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Record Maintenance: β€’ Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities. β€’ Bank and Account Reconciliation: β€’ Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy. β€’ Identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner. β€’ Expense and Budget Tracking: β€’ Monitor company expenses and ensure they are within the approved budget. β€’ Assist in preparing financial reports for management review. β€’ Payroll Support: β€’ Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with local regulations. β€’ Maintain records of employee compensation and benefits. β€’ Tax Preparation: β€’ Assist in preparing and filing tax returns. β€’ Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. β€’ Reporting: β€’ Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. β€’ Provide data analysis to support business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role. β€’ Experience with international financial systems is a plus. β€’ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms). β€’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. β€’ Familiarity with payroll systems and tax preparation processes. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. β€’ Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
