📋 Description
• Our client is looking to hire a talented and experienced Retention Marketing Manager to lead and ensure lucrative long-term relationships with our clients and help build the business’ overall customer management capabilities. • The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems, Structures and KPI metrics to further establish growth of customer commitment and interests. • The role will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. • If you have prior working experience in establishing and maintaining effective and efficient marketing strategies that serve both the company and the customers, we’d love to hear from you!
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Computer Science, Marketing, Business/ Management, Technology, Communications • At least 3+ years of professional, extensive experience as a Retention Marketing Manager or relevant roles, with knowledge in analytical and CRM systems • Familiar with the latest digital marketing methods as well as the best practices • Strong working knowledge and experience in planning and executing end-to-end marketing projects • Beauty and Fashion industry experience preferred • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Receptiveness to feedback and ability to meet deadlines • Strong in retention and email/sms marketing, preferably Klaviyo.
