• Be Part of a Mission-Driven Team • At Foundry for Good, we don’t just build businesses—we build businesses that do good. • If you’re ready to grow your career while making a difference, we’d love to hear from you! • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy aligned with company goals and audience interests. • Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-quality posts, articles, and updates. • Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships. • Develop LinkedIn-specific lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients or partners. • Monitor LinkedIn analytics to assess performance of content and campaigns. • Work closely with the marketing team to align LinkedIn content with broader brand messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for a business or organization, with a track record of successful engagement and lead generation. • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, algorithm, and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling content. • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator and analytics dashboards. • Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or social media strategy is a plus. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
