β’ Location | Remote, unless in LA/OC then Hybrid with 3 days LA HexQuarters β’ Time Zone Expectations | Central β’ Details | Full Time- Exempt β’ Reporting to | Head of Advertising β’ Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that encompass both paid search,YouTube, and offline channels. β’ YouTube Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns, leveraging video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement. β’ Paid Search Management: Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. β’ Budget Allocation: Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spend across paid search and YouTube to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. β’ Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns. β’ Reporting & Analysis: work with Advertising + Growth teams to create and maintain reports/analyses scrutinizing success and optimizations in google, youtube, and other marketing campaigns β’ Paid Media Strategy: Directly assist Head of Advertising in creating, executing, and reporting on ongoing paid media strategy and budget allocation. β’ Testing & Incrementality: Devise, Implement, and analyze tests within paid media accounts, including 2-cell geo holdouts, A/B tests, and more β’ Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. β’ Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with the analytics team to generate comprehensive reports on the performance of paid search and YouTube campaigns.
β’ Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a focus on YouTube advertising within an eCommerce setting. β’ Management experience of google and youtube campaigns exceeding $50k/month in total budget. β’ In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube advertising platforms. β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. β’ Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. β’ Effective communication and collaboration skills. β’ Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities. β’ Curiosity & eagerness to understand and own new tools, data, and opportunities β’ Proven track record of account ownership β’ Communication skills & experience that match a high-powered remote team β’ Familiarity with eCommerce analytics tools. β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, preferred. β’ Love of food and cooking!
