📋 Description

• We are looking to hire a fabulous office assistant to join our health and wellness center. • Play a key role in managing the flow of the office. • Maintain customer relationships, and the growth of marketing programs. • Interact and communicate with healthcare providers, patients, vendors, and visitors. • Anticipate the needs of practitioners and patients. • Schedule meetings and respond to emails on behalf of providers. • Create and execute marketing campaigns and evaluate performance metrics. • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content. • Assist with promoting the business and plan events to generate new clients. • Keep patient information confidential and follow HIPAA regulations.
