β€’ The Chapters Team mobilizes Active Minds Chapters for civic engagement and advocacy aimed at mental health and social change. β€’ Provide Activated and Mobilized chapters with the tools, resources, and technical assistance to advance their advocacy from peer education to community-level change. β€’ Manage the Peer Technical Assistance Team of up to 10 chapter members. β€’ Support chapters to recruit and retain members, aiming to retain at least 8,000 members annually. β€’ Collaborate with communications teams to design effective communications for chapters. β€’ Manage specialized support for High School Chapters, including training and technical assistance. β€’ Collaborate with leadership to deliver and execute program equity goals. β€’ Maintain organized records of project details in CRM system. β€’ Represent Active Minds externally at events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Understanding and experience in understanding the positive impacts of the power of mobilizing and engaging with youth and young adults β€’ Demonstrated experience providing virtual support and leadership to student leadership bodies who are tasked with providing peer-led technical assistance β€’ Demonstrated understanding of the needs of high school aged youth and the needs of K-12 school systems, with specific emphasis on high schools β€’ Baseline knowledge of, or experience with, mental health as a field β€’ Knowledge of project management best practices, inclusive of project management tools and dashboards (Asana, ClickUp, Taskray, Basecamp, Monday.com, Trello) β€’ Experience planning and/or designing training programs centering youth and young adults in schools and communities β€’ A collaborative approach and team-oriented style with the ability to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals β€’ Belief that equity and social justice are important and driven to hear, reflect, and act on this belief
