β’ 10+ years of experience building a growth engine for self-service SaaS offerings β’ Well-versed in Product Lead Growth (PLG) strategies and optimization β’ Prior experience leading a product team β’ Strong Experience with pricing & packaging β’ Validated results in growth strategy implementation, strategic planning, and sophisticated financial analysis β’ Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions β’ Strategic problem solver who is an effective influencer with a high degree of business acumen β’ Demonstrated excellence in growth, strategy, go-to-market, operations, and technology β’ Data-driven mindset and prior experience regularly analyzing partner ROI and performance β’ Experience identifying target audiences, working with customer segmentation and personalization, and creating campaign strategies to effectively reach the desired segments
