Description

• To help drive ActiveState’s next stage of growth of our Software Supply Chain Security platform, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. • This position can be based out of our headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, BC, or from home anywhere in North America. • As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing all demand generation strategies, campaigns, and performance metrics to drive Top of Funnel growth. Your technical proficiency with various marketing channels, such as paid digital channels, sponsorships, events, and more, will drive accelerated growth. Passionate about experimentation and continuous improvement, you excel in evaluating, tracking, and reporting on the effectiveness of demand-generation initiatives with a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, and user/customer acquisition, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns. • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. • Strong understanding of opensource, developer, and IT audiences, with the ability to create targeted messaging and content • B2B targeting experience
