📋 Description
• Drive high standards of qualitative operations results while pursuing process efficiency gains through innovative thinking. • Oversee preparation of and review non-US corporate income tax returns and other filings to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely submission. • Collaborate with leadership and external consultants to develop and implement US international and non-US income tax strategies. • Prepare calculations of full year quarterly forecasted and actual US international tax items. • Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of global transfer pricing policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • 5+ years of experience in international tax, including working with multinational corporations • Strong knowledge of US federal international income tax laws, BEPS-related laws and transfer pricing principles • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Working knowledge of ASC 740 US GAAP income tax accounting rules • Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex international tax environments • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain complex tax issues to non-tax professionals
