🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or a related field or relevant certifications or work experience • 3-5+ years of experience in program management, workplace experience, or operations • Experience managing facilities, technology deployments, or workplace experience initiatives • Knowledge of change management methodologies • Familiarity with workplace technology, security protocols, and associate feedback mechanisms • Willingness to work Eastern time zone hours and travel up to 50%
