📋 Description
• Assist in planning, producing, and moderating customer success-led webinars to drive product adoption and engagement. • Collaborate on ideating, building, and launching digital campaigns (email & in-portal) to increase customer adoption of key capabilities. • Help craft and deliver targeted messaging across various digital channels to educate and enable customers. • Analyze customer engagement metrics to refine and improve webinar content, adoption campaigns, and outreach strategies. • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and CS teams to align on messaging, resources, and customer initiatives. • Contribute to design and content for Abnormal customer resources (Academy, Documentation, in the future Community)
🎯 Requirements
• Customer Success, Digital CS, GTM Ops, or Marketing background • Bias for action • Analytical abilities with the ability to use data to measure success and inform strategy • Attention to detail • Strong written, verbal communicator and public speaker • Experimentation mindset • 3+ years of experience in SaaS • [Preferred] Cybersecurity, Customer Success and Gainsight experience
