📋 Description
• Serves as the initial contact for our sales agencies to assist with products, systems and solutions issues. • Takes ownership for assuring that issues are resolved timely and effectively for the customer directly and involving partners in the company for an effective resolution. • This position is first and foremost a key frontline service element of Acuity Brands, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, responsiveness, fiscal responsibility, commercial sensitivity and timeliness.
