Description

• AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Leader for our Growth and Enterprise customer segments. • The Professional Services team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. • This customer-facing role is essential for scoping, configuring, and supporting seamless integrations. • Lead the delivery of high-value integration services, providing expert guidance and support. • Ensure integration solutions meet functional and technical requirements. • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between our Customers’ systems and our platform. • Provide support to both internal teams and customers during integration projects. • Partner with product and engineering to support the development of integration services tailored to our Customers’ needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system integrations, with a focus on CRMs and/or ERP systems, and data analysis. • Advanced in SQL and working with relational databases. • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP system functionalities and business processes. • Experience managing multiple integration projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and customer expectations. • Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
