Description

• AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. • You’ll be an integral part of the Finance & Business Operations team. • You’ll directly contribute to the company's operational success and strategic decision-making. • Inform decision-making by conducting financial analysis to highlight important trends and insights. • Lead accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) operations to enhance cash conversion. • Oversee efficient payments to vendors and partners, manage procurement approvals. • Support month-end financial close process, partnering closely with Accounting to identify discrepancies. • Help gather materials for audits, investor requests, and state and federal tax agencies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from a 4-year university • 4-6+ years of experience in tech, startups, or B2B SaaS in a finance or accounting role • You are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets • You have a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on process, ensuring consistently high levels of accuracy and quality in your work • Data driven mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and derive insights from data to drive decision making • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a strong bias for action • You are naturally curious and enjoy taking on new challenges • Previous experience in FP&A, Accounting, Business Operations, or Strategic Finance is a nice to have • Previous experience using QuickbooksOnline is a plus • You‘re passionate about the healthcare and / or the medical device industry is a plus • Willingness to travel domestically 2-4x per year to company off-sites is a nice to have.
