β’ AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. β’ You will solve the problems of siloed data and systems, inefficient processes, and insufficient insights/analytics. β’ Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you will help establish best practices across revenue strategy, analytics, sales processes, and tech stack management.
β’ 4-5 years of experience supporting pre and post-sale Commercial teams β’ Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to influence and build credibility with team members at all levels, including executives β’ Experience managing and optimizing CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.) β’ Familiarity with tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. β’ Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel β’ Clear and effective communication and thinking; experience presenting to senior leaders β’ Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills β’ Data driven mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and derive insights from data to drive decision making β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a strong bias for action β’ Venture-backed, B2B SaaS startup experience β’ Willingness to travel domestically 2-4x per year for company-sponsored offsites
