📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and efficient contracting process compliant with internal policies. • Review contracts as the first and last line of defense to streamline and document the contracting process. • Liaise between Commercial org, legal, and customers to ensure smooth transactions. • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management including creation, approval, and signature processes. • Establish policies as a subject matter expert on all contracts, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance. • Maintain a centralized repository of all contracts and related documents. • Provide guidance on pricing and support Commercial teams in evaluating deal impacts. • Generate and analyze deal metrics for insights and assist in strategic decision-making. • Support the development of GTM enablement materials relevant to deal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, contract management, or related roles. • Strong understanding of sales processes, deal structuring, and pricing strategies. • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and CPQ (MonetizeNow, Dealhub, Salesforce CPQ etc.). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they become problems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines. • Knowledge of compliance and legal aspects of deal structuring. • Familiarity with CLM (contract lifecycle management) systems such as IronClad or Docusign.
