• Advising management and HR on pre-employment and post-employment legal matters • Advising management and HR on legal aspects of associate relations matters • Leading the investigation and resolution of associate relations complaints • Drafting and negotiating various third-party service contracts • Advising on some aspects of client contract negotiation • Advising on various employment-related compliance matters, including responses to regulators • Dispute resolution, litigation management, and document production
Requirements
• Juris Doctorate (JD) • License in good standing to practice law • 5+ years of related work experience • Tenacity for getting things accomplished, with the appropriate level and sense of urgency • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex issues for review by business leaders • 5+ years’ experience as an attorney, including labor and employment matters • Experience with OFCCP compliance • Experience with legal matters outside the United States
