Description
• Represent insured and the Company in investigation and defense of no-fault claims. • Conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, examinations under oath, and depositions. • Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions, arbitrations, and trials including expert witnesses. • Investigate medical providers billing the Company and pursue litigation as appropriate.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (Required) and licensed with the NY State Bar and in good standing. • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred). • Customer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Documentation Review, Evidence Gathering, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, Legal Research, Legal Writing, Litigation, Results-Oriented.
