Description

•You will work with the General Counsel and Head of Ops to ensure that our policies and procedures are effectively documented and followed. •Sample projects may include: •Work with legal, ops, and communications to revise our conflict of interest policy. •Ensure effective contract management using either existing internal tooling, or a contract management system. •Manage ad hoc contract negotiation and required signatures. •Work with People Ops to manage employee visa applications, change of employment status requests. •Collaborate with GC on board meeting agendas. •Project manage our grants program. •Other ops and project management responsibilities as needed in Legal and Operations.
