•At Ada our mission is to make customer service extraordinary for everyone and our vision is a world where every customer interaction is resolved by AI. •We’re looking for a Senior Security Operations Specialist to join our team! •You will play a critical role in both Ada's operational security and product security. •Your primary responsibility will be leading a portion of day to day security operations. •You will act as an operator and administrator for key security systems. •On some days this will involve responding to alerts, prioritizing those that require urgency. •You will act as a key contributor to security-related projects. •You will also provide technical security guidance during product development. •As a security champion, you will advocate for best practices.

Requirements

•Operational Security Experience: 5+ years of experience in a dedicated security role involving a wide variety of operational security •Cloud Operations Experience: 3+ years of experience working within and applying your security expertise to cloud environments •Initiative and Drive: You take the initiative to identify areas for improvement •Analytical Problem Solver: You aren’t afraid of complex challenges •Communication and Collaboration: You have strong communication abilities •(Preferred) Relevant Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CEH
