📋 Description
• Ada is an AI customer experience platform that harnesses the world's most powerful large language models to make customer service extraordinary for everyone. • We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant based in the United Kingdom to provide technical and subject matter expertise to some of the world’s most innovative, fast-growing companies. • You will collaborate with our Sales team to close new business by developing a deep understanding of our clients’ business needs, ensuring our existing customers maximize value by crafting AI-first strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of pre-sales engineering, and/or strategy/management/technology consulting experience. • Working knowledge of APIs and a common understanding of SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong relationship building skills as you will be required to maintain and develop technical champions across the table. Experience building relationships with VP level stakeholders will be considered an asset. • Technically and analytically curious, where you demonstrate the ability to be a perpetual learner and love to make new discoveries and improve the status quo. • Is located in the United Kingdom and can support clients across EMEA and NORAM should it be required.
