Description
• As a Staff Engineer on our Performance team, you will focus on enhancing Ada’s Reasoning Engine. • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute Ada’s roadmap. • Your primary goal will be to architect the Reasoning Engine’s ability to deliver best-in-class automated experiences. • Play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing features that support large-scale reasoning tasks.
Requirements
• 7+ years of backend/full-stack development experience through the entire software lifecycle • Proven expertise in building and scaling large-scale distributed systems • Practical experience deploying generative AI models and systems in production • Strong understanding of cloud-based distributed system architectures and related technologies • Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs for external developers • A passion for efficiency, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Demonstrated success mentoring and providing technical leadership to engineering teams
