Description
• Direct overall functions of Orthotic Services • Coordinate and supervise operations of the department • Administer services and orthotic devices as prescribed by a referring physician • Maintain performance improvement activities within the department • Assure competency of all staff members • Assist in formulating budget and evaluate department performance • Develop and implement system of reviewing department charges • Maintain efficient and effective department operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory laws
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college • Seven (7) years Manager-level experience in related position, preferably in the healthcare, physical therapy or Orthotics industry is required. • Two (2) years Healthcare experience preferably in a sales environment preferred. • Experience with liaison, discharge planning or referral coordinator experience is preferred. • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
