Description

• Define and implement test strategies for system-level backend environments • Lead the development of automated test frameworks for backend systems • Manage a small QA team with hands-on contributions in testing and automation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive test coverage • Conduct detailed testing of configuration management and monitoring tools • Drive operational automation testing ensuring reliability of updates and backups

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA and test automation development • At least 5 years of experience in test automation developing frameworks for backend systems • At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role • Proven ability to design test strategies and automation frameworks • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages • Experience with CI/CD tools in backend infrastructure environments • Strong system-level debugging and troubleshooting skills • Experience with DSP, optical systems, or edge computing is an advantage • Familiarity with system monitoring and observability tools is an advantage
