• Join us at InPost, where we're driven by the mission to streamline how our customers send and receive their goods. • Our Consumer-Facing Teams are at the forefront of developing mobile applications and supportive platforms that enhance the user experience. • From parcel tracking and marketing communications to loyalty programs and seamless payments, we're dedicated to innovation and excellence. • As a pivotal member of our team, you'll take on the challenge of leading QA processes and test management. • Designing and executing end-to-end manual and automated tests for front-end ( mobile native apps ) and back-end interfaces. • Generating and managing test data to facilitate thorough software testing. • Tracking and reporting defects, providing clear and actionable insights to our development team. • Preparing detailed test execution reports to share successes and areas for improvement. • Crafting test cases and user documentation for our applications, contributing to a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Experience with Mobile App (Native/hybrid) Testing. • Experience with Leading QA team. • At least 8 years in a testing role, with at least 2 years focused on test automation using POM. • Experience with test management tools like TestFLO, XRay, Zephyr, or TestRail. • Proven experience with bug tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence. • A solid foundation in software development methodologies and a deep understanding of software testing principles at the ISTQB level. • Proficiency in tools like Postman, SoapUI, Appium, and Cucumber. • Intermediate skills in WebdriverIO or Selenium using JavaScript/TypeScript. • Experience in testing REST APIs. • Creation and management of test processes. • Nice-to-Have: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab. • Previous work with device farm services like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest. • Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Certification or experience with advanced ISTQB or other testing qualifications.
