• This is an opportunity to join Adaptive as the second Product Designer, playing a crucial role in crafting user-centered experiences that redefine the built environment. • You’ll collaborate with a dedicated product team, contributing hands-on design work while also helping to shape the growing design discipline at Adaptive. • Rely on user-centered design to create a product that will reshape the built environment, working directly with the founders from concept to execution. • Advocate for product designs, improvements, and workflows based on your granular understanding of our customers and their needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SaaS product design • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and customer success • Demonstrated ability to discover design requirements unique to your customer base • Ability to lead and ideate software products and features from scratch • Comfortable working in an unstructured, dynamic environment
