Description

• We are seeking an experienced Product Design Manager to lead our design team and drive the evolution of our user experience. • In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our mission to empower artists and creatives. • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and leadership, to deliver intuitive and engaging products that delight our users. • Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with product, research, and engineering teams, translating business objectives and user needs into impactful solutions. • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality across projects. • Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of product designers while fostering a collaborative and creative environment. • Establish and refine design processes, advocating for user-centered design principles to maintain consistency across all products. • Plan and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and stakeholder expectations. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that align with business goals and user needs. • Integrate user research and testing into workflows to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences. • Enhance collaboration between design, engineering, and research teams to streamline project execution. • Implement and oversee a robust design review process, incorporating cross-functional feedback for continuous improvement. • Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Participate in hiring and onboarding efforts to build and maintain a strong, diverse design team. • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of design initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering innovative digital products. • Expertise in UX/UI design principles, best practices, and proficiency with tools like Figma. • Skilled in communication, presentation, storytelling, and managing projects in agile, cross-functional environments. • Passionate about creativity, innovation, AI, and generative art, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. • Adept at inspiring and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
