Description

• Design intuitive, user-friendly healthcare solutions. • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, creating high-quality wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups. • Develop visually appealing user interfaces that align with healthcare best practices. • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs. • Track and analyze user satisfaction and other usability indicators. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a focus on user research. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and UI design, particularly in the SaaS or healthcare space. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and personas. • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards. • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and research insights.
