Description

• As a UI/UX Designer, you will define the user experience for customer-facing products. • You will lead the design process, transforming user requirements into engaging digital experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces that meet user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on interaction design and prototyping • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar • Experience or strong enthusiasm for 0 to 1 product development, including comfort working in undefined or rapidly evolving contexts • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing user interfaces and interactive prototypes • Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the ability to work closely with software engineers • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently • Knowledge of current UX design trends and technologies • Position requires occasional travel to engage with users and participate in team meetings (approx 20% of time) • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time
