📋 Description

• Research and design a suite of digital products • Optimize and enhance both our customer and internal teams’ experiences • Partner with product designers, product managers, and developers • Distill complex use cases and requirements into intuitive user interfaces • Advocate for the user, ensuring digital experiences are pleasurable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing financial service applications • Online portfolio of UI-focused work samples for web and mobile applications, including 2-3 detailed case studies that document the scope and process of the initiatives • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant work experience • Experience working with a cross-functional team, partnering with users, product managers, UX designers, developers, and data scientists to deliver business value • Experience working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work, with a collaborative and innovative approach
