Description

• We’re in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a collaborative and passionate Product Designer to join our team. • We are searching for someone who is not only skilled in identifying user needs but also possesses a deep understanding of customer expectations. • As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing intuitive user experiences that go above and beyond, ensuring our customers are consistently delighted with our platform. • Your keen eye for detail and your drive to advocate for the ideal user experience will be crucial in shaping our product. • You will work with our product and engineering teams to evolve our platform with a focus on improving the user experience. • You’ll seek to understand customer needs and problems and generate design solutions. • You will bring a strong understanding of design principles, strong discovery skills, and significant previous experience working on complex B2B SaaS-based platforms. • While this role will be remote, we’re looking for someone who can work Pacific Standard Time hours, to ensure appropriate overlap with our US and Australia-based teams, as well as clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years working as a product designer (or similar role). • The ability to influence change, whilst engaging with stakeholders of all levels. • You can confidently communicate future design direction with senior stakeholders, including founders, and inspire positive action within your team to bring the vision to life. • Your expertise and knowledge champion the user’s experience and defend design rationale to all stakeholders. • A strong understanding of the role of discovery in product design and development. • Very strong skills in facilitating various design and research workshops. • Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using Agile tools & methods. • Experience in designing web-based user interfaces. You have a strong foundation and understanding of design theory and principles. • Strong experience with design systems. • Strong portfolio of product design projects. • Experience working in multidimensional teams alongside Product Managers and Software Engineers. • Experience in the legal domain is favored but not required
