Description
• Reporting to the UX Design Manager, the UX Designer creates designs based on insights and Product direction • Conducts UX design activities and contributes to the gathering and analysis of user insights • Collaborates with and supports fellow designers in their professional development • Engages in continuous learning and skill development opportunities provided by the team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience • 4+ years of experience in UX design • Experience in conducting UX design activities and delivering user-centered solutions • Knowledge of UX design principles • Ability to communicate design solutions that demonstrate value to stakeholders
