Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with direct experience designing for B2C applications. Portfolio required • B2C User Behavior Understanding: Demonstrated experience in optimizing B2C interfaces with an understanding of user needs, engagement, and retention • Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, etc. • Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions and refine experiences • User-Centric Mindset: A deep empathy for users and an understanding of user motivations, needs, and behaviors in a subscription-based platform • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to create designs that are both visually appealing and functionally seamless • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive approach to solving design challenges and incorporating feedback.
