Description

• Responsible for designing and monitoring the user interface of MyBobs.com and related software • Develop meaningful digital experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and delightful • Play a critical role in the success of our fast-growing eCommerce channel • Research customer and stakeholder needs, surfacing opportunities for new development and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Design discipline such as Human Computer Interaction, Product, Industrial, Digital, Information Architecture or another closely related field • 3+ years of work in UX for customer-facing applications and mobile design • Experience developing scalable design systems, concepts and structures • Proficient in leading industry UX/UI prototyping tools • Proficient in leading industry UX/UI design software • Proficient knowledge of coding languages including HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, usability and user research best practices • A design portfolio demonstrating your UX process, creative thinking and the delivery of solid end-to-end scenarios on responsively designed websites • Familiarity with ADA WCAG 2.20 AA compliance guidelines to drive all UX deliverables • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights • Detail driven, highly organized and able to manage time across several concurrent projects • Experience collaborating across Product and IT teams on technical implementations • Agile mindset, comfortable operating in an evolving environment with changing priorities • Highly creative with meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products • Experience implementing and adhering to brand guidelines • Strong work ethic and self-motivated with ability to take ownership, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently (including remote work) • Empathetic, open to feedback and able to communicate and collaborate effectively
