Description

• We’re looking for a Product Designer II to join the Caregiver Experience team to build innovative solutions for mental healthcare providers. • Your work will empower providers to deliver Precision Mental Health and achieve their business and clients’ goals. • Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and clinical experts to identify and ship meaningful impacts.

Requirements

• You’ve worked for 3-4 years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization. • Portfolio work that demonstrates your experience transforming product objectives into solutions that are impactful to the business and users. • Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science, as well as collaborating with external stakeholders. • Strong communication skills for articulating, discussing, and advocating for design decisions. • Solve problems with purpose and urgency and hold yourself accountable to ambitious timelines. • Ability to map and optimize end-to-end user journeys that seamlessly empower providers. • Genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products.
