Description

• Join a team of designers supporting clients in federal government. • Design products that enhance user experience in federal healthcare IT. • Collaborate with product owners to discover product opportunities and deliver solutions through prototyping and testing. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Communicate design processes clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human computer interaction or related field. • 3+ years of applied UX design experience in the software industry. • Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the U.S., and work must be performed in the US. • Must have resided in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years. • Must be eligible for public trust. • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA/Section 508 compliance preferred. • 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred. • Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred. • Active or past clearance to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the US Department of Health and Human Services. • Strong skills with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch. • Ability to work successfully with a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed remote development team.
