Description

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction. • Understand client goals and work with teams like media buying and creative to deliver. • Provide regular performance updates, reports, and actionable insights. • Troubleshoot client concerns and offer tailored marketing solutions. • Stay on top of marketing trends to deliver strategic advice and help clients grow. • Ensure projects are on track, on time, and meet or exceed client expectations. • Spot opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management (agency experience preferred) • Solid grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying organized • Problem-solving mindset and creativity in delivering solutions • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Must be available to work in US-based time zones
